Saturdays wedding turned out great as well. Upon meeting me, and viewing my work, they anxiously decided to hire me, and cancel their already hired photographer. "Good choice guys". I want to give a special thanks to Jenny my assistant photographer that day.
I know, another chandelier shot. But...I really like this one.
Shooting from this perspective, gives the photo a different look.
The girls.
I love these 2 limo shots they're different from the norm.
The idea for these shots just came to me, and I'm partial to nontraditional poses.
This one is my favorite.
This is another pose that is a little different. I was focusing on the flowers in order to slightly blur the girls.
The bride finally gets to see the limo. Now, that's another story!
The weather was in our favor and I was able to snap this sunset shot.
This shot is of the bouquet, with some candles in the background. I love the depth of field in this one.
With the next three shots, I was trying to display the wedding bands in various settings.
This last shot was a joint effort with me an Paul from DVP. I've seen this shot before and loved it. I just never had the chance to set it up.

Rebecca & Bob
Let me start by saying that Fridays' wedding was a huge success and the bride, groom and bridal party were a blast to work with.
Rock on, Rebecca & Bob
This shot seemed to set itself up. I love how the mirror just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I also love the lighting.
The girls are lined up and waiting.
I can’t take full credit for this shot. I set up the shot and took it but, the bottle of jack was Danielles' idea.
I took this shot from standing on top of the fire truck. This is a shot that I have always wanted to try, however, you need to be up high to take it and that opportunity doesn't come along too often.
OK, so I've seen this shot many times before and I have always liked it. I wanted the guy to look like they were coming in to kick some butt.
I was setting up the same shot as I took with the guys, however the girls give it a different look all together.
This is a traditionally posed shot. As you can see in the next 2 shots I like to have a little fun with the poses.
I call this the "angels shot" as in "Charles Angels".
This is another fun shot with the guys. They were so much fun and easy to work with. I call this shot "cabaret".
Another fun pose with the girls.
Such a happy couple.

First Blog
So where do I begin?
Well, it's a big weekend. I'm shooting a wedding Friday & a wedding on Saturday. I can't wait to post the photos. I'm still finishing up last weeks shoot. I think by Thursday I will be posting photos from all three. Then I have 2 more shoots coming up next week. "Tis the season", and it started early this year. The first 3 pictures are of St Peters Church in Danbury.
I love big churches. I like to capture every detail.
Stained glass always looks so vibrant in pictures. The colors just seem to jump out at you.
Who doesn't love flower shots?
I like to add that special touch like I did with this Chandelier.
With the right lens, filter and lighting I can turn a simple candle into an elegant and romantic setting.
